Runners apply BODYGLIDE® on their feet before they slip into their socks and running shoes. It provides an invisible, comfortable barrier that helps guards against movement of the feet within the socks and shoes that leads to hot spots and blisters.

For irritation from shorts, shirts, sports bras, and skin rubbing against skin, apply BODYGLIDE® on your skin in areas where your skin is vulnerable. Take care where seams and the edges of shorts, shirts and other clothing contact your skin. Women use BODYGLIDE® around the edges of sports bras and straps, also the inside of the upper arm where it swings against the bra straps. Men use BODYGLIDE® in the groin area and it is widely used for runner’s nipple.

For humid conditions, BODYGLIDE® helps lubricate your skin without blocking the pores.
